Please Note:

As a small family-run business, we carefully prepare every order and usually dispatch within 1–5 working days. Some products are specially sourced from our trusted partner warehouses after you order, which helps us offer you a much wider choice without holding everything on-site.

We check availability before confirming your order. During this time, your bank may show the payment as pending, but it will not be fully processed. Occasionally, stock information from our partner warehouses may take a little time to update.

If an item is unavailable, we may remove that item from your order, or cancel the order if we’re unable to fulfil it. You will not be charged for anything we cannot supply.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. We’ll email you as soon as it’s on its way, and we truly appreciate your patience and support for our small family business.
