The powerful compound in black seed oil, known as p-cymene, has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain, halt inflammation, and speed up recovery – making it perfect for summertime injuries like sunburn and muscle soreness!
But that's not all! Black seed oil is also believed to have numerous other health benefits including treating age-related vision loss and promoting healthy brain function.

The starting dose for adults:

-On the 1st day take a 1/4 teaspoon with food
-For the next 2 – 7 days, increase the dosage to ½
teaspoon twice daily
-Slowly build up your dosage in increments until you
take up to 3 teaspoons per day

For children and infants:

-Children aged eleven and under could take half the
recommended adult dosage
-Children under the age of five should only be given a
drop or two, to begin with.

Strong black seed oil is not recommended for children under five.
