How to use

Use the individual tissue salts according to the supplied pregnancy schedule. The usual schedule uses two tablets two to three times daily, but always follow the instructions provided with the bundle and the directions on each product label.

Important information

Check every individual product label for ingredients and allergens, including lactose. If you are pregnant, taking medication or receiving medical care, speak to your midwife, doctor or qualified healthcare professional before using supplements. Keep out of reach of children.
    Directions

    Tissue Salts - Take two pills, 2 -3 times a day:

    weeks 1 - 8 = Calc Flour, Mag Phos, Ferr Phos
    weeks 9-13 = Calc Flour, Mag Phos, Nat Mur
    weeks 14-17 = Calc Flour, Nat Mur, Silica
    weeks 18-22 = Calc Flour, Ferr Phos, Silica
    weeks 23-27 = Calc Flour, Mag Phos, Ferr Phos
    weeks 28-31 = Calc Flour, Mag Phos, Nat Mur
    weeks 32-35 = Calc Flour, Nat Mur, Silica 
    weeks 36-42 = Calc Flour, Ferr Phos, Silica

    Calc Fluor:  Calcium Fluoride 6 x and Lactose
    Ferr Phos:  Ferrum Phosphate 6X and Lactose
    Mag Phos:  Magnesium Phosphate 6X and Lactose
    Nat Mur:  Sodium Chloride 6X and Lactose
    Silica:  Silica 6x and Lactose
