You can use The Health Factory ENT Spray 1 to 5 times a day or as needed in both nostrils, eyes, ears, throat or on the skin.
Nose: Gently blow your nose to clear your nasal passages. Close the nostril that is not receiving the spray. Do this by gently pressing on that side of your nose. Gently insert the bottle tip into the other nostril. Breathe in deeply through that nostril as you press down on the pump with your index and middle fingers. Remove the bottle and sniff once or twice. Repeat on the other nostril. Use 1 to 5 times a day.
Eyes: wipe gently the eyelid and the corner of the eye, make sure to remove all foreign particles that could enter the eye. Spray 1 to 2 times onto the closed eyelids. Use 3 to 4 times per day.
Ears: place the tip of the nozzle into your ear and press the pump down once. Do not push the nozzle inside your ear canal. Use 3 to 4 times per day.
Mouth and Throat: Point the spray aiming at the sore area of your mouth or throat and press down on the pump to release 4 or 5 sprays. Use up to 5 times per day. Resist the urge to swallow for a few seconds to allow the spray to take effect. The spray can be used on sore throat, mouth ulcer, toothache, etc.
Skin: gently clean the affected area, point the spray and press down on the pump to release 3 or 4 sprays. Use up to 5 times a day. The spray can be used on cuts, grazes, and small skin lesions and healing wounds.
The spray can be used more often if needed as it does not create dependency and it is very gentle on the skin and the mucosa (inner lining of the body)
